Ben A Starks is a Milwaukee-based artist and author whose passion for creating sculpture and literature has culminated in his debut work, 9 EGGS - The Collection: A Post Faberge' Journey.  

After a distinguished career in international project management, Starks decided to shift gears, dedicating himself to the art of sculpture. Approaching each piece as a captivating puzzle, Starks invests weeks, even months, in the quest to transcend craftsmanship and achieve true artistry. His keen eye for detail and extensive travels around the world provide a rich tapestry of inspiration, drawing from a diverse array of influences including artwork, architecture, gold-smithing, and jewelry design.

In addition to his sculptural endeavors, Starks has recently ventured into the realm of literature, offering readers a glimpse into the creative process behind "9 EGGS - The Collection". Available now on Amazon.com, this book invites you to explore the intricacies of his artistic journey.

A proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Starks faced a pivotal moment in 2019 when he was diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disorder, Adhesive Arachnoiditis. Despite this challenge, he persists in his craft on a smaller scale, using his art to keep both his hands and mind nimble.
